Meet LaKeisha

LaKeisha R. Randall is an attorney, certified life coach, owner of Atlanta Life Coaching & Consulting, LLC and founding partner of The Randall Firm, LLC, an Atlanta based law firm that specializes in personal injury, family law, wills, and estate planning. 



LaKeisha has been a recognized attorney-wellness expert for many years and decided to specialize in life coaching to help a broader range of clients fulfill their goals one-on-one. LaKeisha is accredited in life coaching through the International Association of Certified Coaches. 

Coach LaKeisha regularly teaches attorney wellness CLE's to law firms and bar associations. Former topics have included the wellness crisis, substance abuse, stress management, resilience/grit, wellness in the workplace, diversity and its interconnectedness to wellness, and intergenerational dynamics in organizations.

As a skilled trial attorney, she understands the pressures of professionals in high stress environments and the importance of every decision.  As an executive coach, LaKeisha helps clients and teams achieve their goals, develop or improve their leadership skills, and act with intentionality.

Before attending law school, LaKeisha received her B.A. in Sociology from Georgia State University and concentrated in Women's Studies and African-American Studies. In sociology, she gained a keen understanding of social issues locally and globally related to social class, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexuality, aging and life course, education, health and illness, urban and community life.


LaKeisha is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Delta, an International Honor Society of Sociology, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
